Evening gents, I'm a bit stumped by this one.

Took the bike for a 5-min test ride following a change to new pads - all good, she just came off the tender.

Stopped the bike for 5 minutes, went to start her again nothing from the switch...

I've got a GPS tracker on the bike so it lives on the battery tender when I'm not riding - the battery was a 100%

Pump Primes and bike cycles through the normal start up process
Fuses all checked, cowl is off and switch connection looks normal.

I'm green across the board but nothing happens when I press the start button. No clicking, nada...

This generation has the clutch-in combination start.

thoughts please?

Voltmeter = 12.83

Cheers
Tim

Kill switch?
Checked that numerous times - I've pulled the kill/start gear off the handlebar and it's not damaged - appears to be fine.

Noel (and Dillon) were the winners ...and I appreciated the call Noel, thank you my friend.

Yes, the clutch start/kill switch has just picked up some corrosion (quite a bit of wet/damp weather riding over the past few months).

Remove the switch and then bridge the connection (paper clip) on the white connector - that will confirm if the switch isn't connecting.

MV decided the make this switch easy to remove, pull apart, clean and then re-assemble.
