Since I was doing a little searching and could not find it on here I had to actually dig up the hard copy and scan it. Well I figured I would give it to others as well. Here is a JPG, I also have a PDF but cant uplaod it, on here. Alvin if I can e-mail it to you let me know and you can post it.

Has anyone changed to these settings to see how it works? I never changed mine for the track. Wish I would of read more over the winter so I could of played with the suspension. I have got Andrew Trevitts' book and read through it. Raining today so I can't go play around with it to see the changes.
