Upon closer look your second pic seems to be the assembly for the high beam. I will study that pic a bit closer to figure out how to get the dang clips to be undone. It makes a bit more sense now....

I have a blue one like yours but I ain't sticking to no break in procedures. All the SAs I have spoken to told me they are broken it so I drive it like I stole it once the oil temp is up above 170F.
