You bought 2 KTM caps?

Check the flat surface at the top of the radiator filler neck where the cap seats, there may be some damage or paint flaked off which will mean the cap doesn't seal...

Take your cap to your local radiator specialist and ask him to test it. You'll find it is common with a lot of cars.
