MV Agusta Tamburini #10

If this is a real EBay auction and no Nigerian Prince story this bike does look in mint condition.
Perhaps someone around here know something about Tambo # 10:wink2:

0 feedback doesn’t bode well. ‘Gerardo’ on the name plaque.

Looks to be the real deal..... Gerardo would be the original purchaser. 0 feedback would indicate the seller doesn't sell stuff on eBay.

If you wanted a Tambo and could afford it, this would be one to look into. In my opinion, which is worth just what you would think.

With all the pictures it probably is legitimate. Beautiful bike

The idea has merit, believe me. That bike FAR outclasses anything I own and had I have had more 'reaction' time, I might just have tried to do some serious funds juggling. I see now with just 15 hours to go, no bids - but that means little because i wouldn't show my hand early either.

It's a damn impressive bike and one that I would certainly sacrifice my NS400R for. In the very unlikely event that it doesn't sell, the current owner would/might be amenable to 'discussions'. I'll wait and see.

As an aside, I've never seen one with a 'personalised' name on the yoke. The 'Gerado' is a different engraving, but I guess that makes sense because it would have been done after the casting.

Deed Poll costs are insignificant in the overall picture!!:grin2:

I've seen one in Portugal with the name also so I believe it must have been an option for the buyer but Im sure other owner around here can confirm :wink2:

If you ordered your limited edition bike from the factory in the original offer the plaque would be engraved with your name. The F4 Oro in the Barber museum has a name engraved along with the series number. I've seen some others.
If the bike was shipped to a dealer for retail with no pre-order the plaque would only have the series number.

At least that is how I understand it.
