750-1000 Conversion..

Will a 1000 engine fit into a 750 frame?? I'm thinking of doing a conversion.. Are the radiators gonna be a problem??? Engine mount points, etc??

Coleman.

Absolutley !! Radiators are the same, engine mounts are same... everything mechanical is the same. You can use your exhisting chain and sprockets. You can use your exhisting exhaust. There were some small airbox and switch gear issues but it's noting too difficult. You will need the harness and ECU from what ever 1000 you choose to transpalnt however. I swapped a 2007 100R into my 2001 750. It's a whole new bike !

If this is someting that your serious about, PM me and I'll give you all the details and some names from the forum that helped me make this thing all come together.
