I tried changing the fuses and it wasn't that. Seems like it is though because the horn doesn't work either. The back light works but not the brake light. I can't find any wires touching in the indicators. looks like I have to take it to the stealership. Thanks

As PT said, if you aren't blowing fuses, than it most likely is not a short but an open. Make sure the fuse is good with a meter, then reseat with dielectric grease. If no luck there, then more meter work is needed to see if power is available in the circuit.

I had a blown number plate bulb that one would immediately pop the new fuse I put in. Are the new fuses blowing after you put them in? Otherwise open circuit as said above.
