Very Impresed with MV USA
I had requested some brochures and how many 1000R's were imported along with the number of each color from the MV website last week sometime. Well yesterday I received a call from MV USA to congraulate me on my purchase and to see what exactly I was looking for. He said 400 1000R's were imported and only 30ish of the black/white were imported. He said he would pass the request along and he would try to get a letter out to me regarding the importing numbers of the 1000R, he apologized for not getting back to me sooner, and said thank you again for the purchase! I was shocked that they would take the time to actually call! Kudos to MV USA for taking the time... I just hope the customer service will continue to be this good! |
Sounds like great service Dova, wish we had the same in the UK. Sadly, the pearl and black 1000 R didn't arrive at the UK shores!

My experiences with Cagiva USA have been great also!
In July, when my F4S was in the shop for TWO WEEKS for a broken radaitor, someone for Cagiva USA read my post and contacted me. He told me they have it in stock in Maryland. With that info, I was able to get my dealer to start moving. SO, basically a 3 week repair job could have been done in one. But I really appreciate Cagiva USA going out of their way to keep the customer informed -even if it pissed of their dealers. |
