How are you all, have a bit of a problem, out riding and bike started running rough as guts when taking off, and felt unbalanced like it was on 2 cylinders! Further inspection while checking plugs, coils etc I found I was missing the spring between the two throttle bodies! See image, just seeing if anyone has had this issue before and know what the fix is or where I can get this tiny part from? See the images, one is of my bike missing, other is of same but with the srping!

spring?

just ran across this problem on an RZ-350, same stupid Mikuni linkage

on the RZ there was nothing to locate one end of the spring.... there was a teat on one side but not the other...... I drilled and tapped it for a short screw and made a spring

in the RZ book the there is a warning "do not lose this spring"

probably not available:wtf::wtf::wtf:

Does it need to be a spring or could I run a bolt and nut setup

that will work, but drill and tap the far left piece in picture #1 post 2 and set it up like the opposing screw/spring

let the springs keep the screws in place...... tightening jamb nuts in there :jsm::jsm:
