Well, I feel the time has come to change bikes but am torn between the RSV4r factory and the F4 RR.

I've had my share my problems with my 312r over the last 2 years and have spent a lot of money on her but feel its time to update or change?

I have owned an 07 312R, and a 10 RSV4 Factory, amongst others and now own a 12 F4RR.
I always wanted to enjoy the 312R but so much went wrong with it, I lost faith. For me the RSV4 Factory was a fantastic bike. I'm 5'8" 12.5 stone and it fitted me like a glove. Miss it hugely. However..on the road at low speeds it felt very heavy on the front and niggly, at modest speeds it felt better but still not in the groove. Going hard it was phenomenal, where it wanted to be. Build quality was superb, and I liked the looks.
For me the F4RR is a lot more tractable, thrilling at just about any speed - that sound! - and enjoyable at low and medium speeds. I feel more confident in the front. Fast and fun, but not the lunatic or grump that I found the Aprilia, so often came home tired on the Aprilia, not so the F4RR.
To each their own, both are fantastic bikes.

I´ve tested BMW and Aprilia and in my opinion are at the moment the bikes to beat. The Aprilia is more suited for small rider and the BMW "one size fits all". I would buy the bike with the best deal offered. This is the reason factor speaking and buying a bike is much more than that...passion!
I sure would love to try the new F4RR!
