Do you like the BRUTALE mirrors ??

In my oppinion the BRUTALE mirrors are just flat out ugly and all I see (saw)are my shoulders.
I also don't like the flimsy bar end mirrors (no offense to the guys who have them!).

So please look what I put on mine.

They are aftermarket parts for Harleys. I had them on one of my customs, so I thought they might look good on a BRUTALE too.

The mirrors don't fit right away because HD handle bars have a bigger inner diameter than the Brutale bars. The adapter had to be modified (30 minutes work on a lathe). I used the inner parts of the original MV bar ends to keep the rubber piece. So the mirrors are "rubber mounted" and still absorb handle bar vibration.

The mirrors are machined from a full block of aluminum and are black anodized - very nice.
The housing rotates 360 deg for the basic adjusment and the glass swivels 15 deg in each direction for the fine adjustment.

I have to admit they are fairly small but you see at least as much in them as with the stock mirrors.

What do you think?

BTW. I think I also found a solution for the stock mirror mount. MV doesn't sell the hinged top clamp of the F4's seperate. I'm waiting for some parts to come in and will post the results later.

Very clean. Whether someone likes them or not, the install is very "tidy". In general, mirrors on stalks are just not attractive and everything else is a compromise of some kind.

I'm just glad to see (in your signature) some diversity in your motorcycling interests (see my signature). And... how 'BOUT that 300C SRT8 in the background. Suh-weeeet!

Hmm, might look better in person - from the pictures, it appears like you mounted your tire pressure gauge on your bar-ends.
Finally a place to put the tire gauge

Nope, I used a whole bottle of red loctite, you probably need a sledge hammer to get them off :D

Thanks man, that is quite a selection you've got there, great variety of different styles.
For the 300, it's just a regular C not the SRT-8, but at least its got the HEMI

The stock mirrors are awesome looking, only the Ducati Performance Monster mirrors some close!

I don't know about those bar-end mirrors !!!

Hey what's with the Termignoni sticker?

i'm not sure that i like them...
but....
it looks like they would vibrate quite a bit.... as the bars are known to have some significant vibration.... no?

After seeing your bike Fazer I have also ordered and recieved the Rizoma Logic mirrors from emotouk. I was very suprised at how small they are but I reckon they will look the part when I get the 910r.
That's what I (and my wife) thought too, that they were very small, since I was replacing the stockers in order to get a better view.
However, the adjustability allows my to utilize the whole mirror, not just the outer tip, plus the aesthetics are very complimentary, and take away the 'top-heavy' look IMO.

Yeah, I loved the sleek look it gave your bike, I can't wait to get them on mine, I don't really like the look of the factory mirrors, as you say too top heavy. I also purchased them after seeing you write how much better the vision was, that on it's own has to be a great reason to buy them.

I'm also interest in getting those Rizoma Logic mirrors from emotouk, but I can't find them on their web page....? Could you send me a link of mirrors and adapters of the site, please?

No, what you have to do is email Geoff at emotouk and he will send you the bank details for a direct bank deposit or credit card payment. Once you have payed they will post the mirrors to you with the adapters for the bike you name. The emoto link is at the top of this forum and the Rizoma Mirrors can be viewed at www.rizoma.com

Lat us know if this helps or not.
