Ok so I finally figured out installing the MV belly pan, which arrived without instructions

For future reference, as its not too obvious where the brackets fit

On the right side you need to remove the rear brake master cylinder assembly and replace with the alternative bracket that is supplied

On the left side remove the side stand switch, then side stand itself. The supplied bracket fits behind the side stand, then reassamble

Replace heat shield on the right exhaust with supplied smaller heat shield, if you still have the OE headers fitted

Remove the OE oil cooler guard and keep the same fasteners to re-use at the front

Trim the mesh, stick down edges with epoxy or similar adhesive

Use single rubber faster and bolt to secure new oil cooler guard to belly pan at the bottom centre

optional - I took the belt and braces approach and lined the belly pan with heat reflective mat

Offer into position, I found it easier to secure the two front fasteners loosely , secure the side fasteners then align and tighten the front.

And after all that, im not sure that I actually like it on bike :(

I've been pondering for weeks, looking at pics of other bikes and was sure that I really liked the belly pan look....but now im not so sure

Maybe it will grow on me .....or maybe it will be in the classifieds section by next weekend ........

In my opinion (and if you look at most of the others), the belly pan should be the same primary colour as the tank. E.g. you need the BP to be that stunning blue with silver/white accents.

Im really not sure, it might be better if it was integrated with the main colour scheme and blue/white ...but I dont really want to spend hundreds more if i dont like it overall...will give it a week and think about it

I really liked the look of it on other owners bikes, most of those were dark colours though and many with single sport pipes.....mmmm

I know the feeling bogie. I had originally planned on getting the MV Corse belly pan until I came across these. Next thing I know I'm browsing the Tamburini Corse catalogue and suddenly I'm explaining to the wife how I spent a bucket load on a full Ti exhaust system when I said I was only buying some small bits of CF.... And yes they do both a double barrel exhaust in addition to the single stub exhaust I have fitted....

Adding a comment so I can locate the install details when my red/silver one shows up. I did the fiberglass red rear seat cover, so the belly pan looks to match. Hope the red/silver belly pan completes the look.

Thanks to Bogie's excellent instructions, I was able to quickly install the bellypan after waiting 4 months for the factory delivery. Still waiting for some heat shield, but I did a quick mount for fitting. I like the look, and I think the red/silver color scheme works better for this bellypan look than the white color scheme.

A few notes:

1. My lower pan didn't have the center hole drilled - easy enough to do.
2. Kit comes with 2 copper inserts but not clear where these went. I guessed they were inserts to strengthen the upper bellypan holes (where it meets the holes from the grey oil cover guard), but I had to widen the holes with a drlll, then I glued them in with super glue.
3. Center hole came with a well nut and a bolt that was much too short to fit - so I visited the hardware store and got a stainless M6x20 allen bolt and it worked perfect.

In case you are wondering, the Motocorse oil case guard clears the bellypan easily, no rubbing.

So far, farkles include:

R&G bar end guards
MV Agusta frame sliders
Sato Racing engine case cover guard
MotoCorse oil engine case cover guard
Evolution Short adjustable clutch and brake levers
Evolution rear axle slider
Motovation front axle slider (tried the Rizoma but it didn't fit)
Rizoma footpegs
Motocorse brake and clutch pedal extension
MV Agusta Carbon hugger
MV Agusta solo rear seat kit
MV Agusta neoprene seat
MV Agusta Bellypan kit
Rizoma tail tidy

That coiled cord connects from the battery area where I put my Valentine One radar power adaptor, and connects to the front where I've installed a techmount on the bars to mount the radar detector. To get the sound in my helmet, I use a Sena SMH10 which plugs into the audio adaptor for the Valentine, and sends the radar signal via Bluetooth to my Sena helmet comm system.

I think I'm officially done with farkles.
