Bought the carbon radiator guards and inserts a few weeks ago from emoto, supporting our sponsor. but only like how the radiator pieces look so I left the original silver inserts on instead.... (maybe will sell my carbon inserts if someone wants them, brand new), i think the radiator pieces improve the look.

here are a couple shots of my bike in the backyard of my new house

I might be the only one, but I actually don't mind the OEM mirrors, If I had a Brutale, I think I will keep them...
IMHO the stock mirrors are useless. They vibrate badly. The CRG mirrors, I have mine mounted below the bar, are the best mirrors I've ever had--use wise. Without sucking my elbow in or shifting my body, I can glance down and see well behind me. My only gripe is the small black o-ring keeps wanting to come out while I'm riding. I'll probably put a dab of silicone on it this weekend.

I am using the Lightech Ti fiber mirrors on my R6, they are beautiful but even more useless than the OEM mirrors on the F4 and Brutale... but since I have been a road cyclist of years, I am used to turning my head to check where I am going anyway so it doesn't matter... except maybe that's why I have had cops sneak up on me more than a few times? :bash:

just looked at the way you mount those CRGs, do you need to move your arm/hand to see them? I split lanes all the time and in theory just wouldn't want to have the added width to the bars, perhaps I will try them one day when I buy a Brutale... there is no way I will put those CRGs on my new Senna.

Here is a picture of the "titanium" fiber Lightech mirrors on my R6, notice the cf version on my brother's ex-916.

You don't have to move at all. They are collapsable, but if the extra inch makes a difference in splitting, you're probably SOL anyway.
