Need Carb kit for '72 Fiat 500

Mom has a '72 500 she brought back from Italy. It has a Webber carb but Webber says that the carb is exclusive to that car and rebuild kits for it are not available in the United States.

Can anyone in Italy perhaps help me out with this?

Thank you very much.
