I've parted with my Turismo.....

Well guys, it wasn't without a lot of thought but I've changed bikes.

My 2016 MV Turismo Veloce Lusso is an amazing bike, the engineering, the fit/finish, the electronics simply amazing. Yeah a few minor things but overall it's special. And I've a laundry list of bikes I've owned since 2000 to back that up (2 Harleys, Buell, 2 Triumph, Suzuki, BMW, Yamaha, Honda, Husaberg, 2 Ducatis) and a little racing experience as well (Pikes Peak, Supermoto, Ralleymoto, etc).

So why then? Well the geometry and suspension package just didn't work for me, I've never felt comfortable stuffing this thing into a corner. Hell I've still got chicken strips on the rear tire and for me that speaks volumes. Anyway, life is too damn short to ride a bike that inspires a lack of confidence in it. It does sadden me but that's life I guess.

My left overs include an oil filter and a Puig windscreen, if anyone in the US is interested hit me up. My address is my user name @ comcast.net

I've replaced with a 2019 KTM Super Duke GT, or as I've named her.... The Beast!

Rubber side down guys!

Congrats on the new bike! Any pics? I've always been a fan of the super dukes.

Maybe you just never got the suspension set up correctly for you?

Anyway, enjoy your "Beast".... try not to lose your driver license on it.

No other explanation... You can drag your knee easy, and on TV that its quite leaning angle.

I wish you had tried Hyper Sport tires maybe that would make a difference but considering your experience with all that bikes you know what you are talking about, anyway enjoy your BEAST!!
