Loose weight more than 10kg for TV in year 2018

Hi all,

I am listen to doctor and his advises, I can loose weight for my TV more than 10kg as below

1. Replace OEM Exhaust with Akrapovic R1, straight pipe. loose around 5kg.

2. Replace OEM Battery with Lithium Battery, loose another 2-3kg.

3. Replace OEM signal, number plates... with number Plate hide under back seat and use two button signal, this loose another 3kg.

4. Take off the center stand, loose 2-3kg

All change above cost around USD 1000. Please advises anything else in TV that I should replace to reduce the weight of my TV.

Thanks all.

I have Agriculture Bike and It is Turismo Veloce

change wheels to forget Aluminum another 1.5kg I guess (~1800 $), more weight saving if you go for magnesium or carbon but also way more expensive
light rear brake disc (0,4 kg 75$ + postage)

all the other parts will get more expensive: titanium/magnesium/aluminum instead of stock parts

Lighter wheels will also improve handling significantly..... Good investment.

We are speaking about a Turismo Veloce here, not a F3... Large handlebar makes things easier. Additionally, I do think the geometry is made to make the bike easier to handle than it is for a F3 or even a Brutale...

And yes, Lithium battery and aftermarket exhaust is likely to reduce the weight about a lot already (and probably much more than I can consider loose myself with a regime :-D)

Thanks to all,

I might change the font disc and rear disk to lighter one and also change the clutch cover to CNC clear cover and CNC slipper clutch set or EVR clutch set, but wonder which one is better for Turimo, to my view CNC sliper clutch set look more sexy.

All other parts like titanium, carbon or magnesium, could be replace one by one later on.

have a great weekend to you.

Just remember that Titanium is heavier than aluminum.

do I miss something here??
We talking about a touring bike and not about a race bike where every pound is counting...
to change the OEM battery to a lithium battery and get another exhaust is ok and has other reasons instead of losing weight .. well at least in my opinion....

Well maybe I will lose some weight too, what about 15kg and then I will drive without clothing and helmet that will bring another 6kg
and maybe then I will be 5km/h faster as before

I replaced my worn Scorpion front tire with an EVO T30, which I like very much, and noticed how heavy the front wheel is. I do not need to shed any pounds for any reason, but again, that is a heavy wheel.

If the weight is loose then tie it down or you lose it.
