Yay! Collected my new TVL

8 days since the test ride and a Turismo Veloce Lusso is now in my possession

Big thanks to Ed Cosker who got everything sorted out in less than 5 days after I spent the weekend deciding to inevitable. Shame it started to rain as soon as I got to the showroom. Nice weather all week and now this, someone doesn't like me. A pre aranged meet up with the lads this evening for beer and curry meant I had to get back home. Just as well as rain continued for a few hours.

Mixture of rain, lorries and mud on the road from tractors ensured my shiny new bike was looking a bit sorry for itself by the time I got back. Time for a quick spray with hose and sponge down. The bike, not me. Fitted Givi TankLock ring before going out.

Tomorrow out on run with club, will try and get some pictures of my new TVL though I'm sure you all know what they look like by now

Anyway, that's me, it's now official. You'll have to accept me or ban me

Congrats, glad it worked out and you managed to collect today. You were unlucky with the weather, was a bit damp when I left Witney at 7:30, but beautiful sunshine now in Bristol, perfect for admiring all of the Italian cars and bikes in town.
Hope you get a nice dry ride in tomorrow.
