handlebar yoke flex

Ok, so a question before I go much further - does your handlebar yoke has some flex? If you sit on the bike and move the bars forward and back, is there some flex (at the base of the yoke)? I'm assuming that they have rubber mounted in there to damp vibrations, but the other alternative is that they didn't decide to torque the bolts (yoke attaches underneath)

*edit* - after talking with the shop, they said the yolk in fact does have rubber mounts, so some flex is normal. At least I'm not imagining things...well, other than the usual bats

Yes. I brought mine into my shop and they said that there are rubber mounts there to help with the vibration.
