Global Points of Interest for MV Agusta Dealers

This forum has been a good guide over the last few weeks and now, as a new MV owner, it's time to put something back.

Use the links below to download files for both Garmin and TomTom POI files for all 531 current MV dealers around the World.

The Garmin GPI file will need to go in the Garmin/POI/ folder on your GPS (plug it into your PC via USB). You can then access this information, from the main screen, by going to Where To? > Extras > Custom POIs > MV Agusta Dealers. I have tested this on my Zumo 660 and it works, should work on the more recent Garmins as well.

With the TomTom OV2 file you're on your own, I don't do TomTom. The file was spat out by a package I use, if it doesn't work let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Garmin GPI file
TomTom OV2 file
GPX file (for import into Basecamp if required)
CSV file (as requested by @MarcSilverTriple)

Edit: Updated 25th March 2018

Have just tested this POI set on a TomTom GO 760, OK not a bike GPS but must be similar to the Rider series. Dropped the OV2 file into the same directory as the mapping data, in my case /Europe on the SD card. I can confirm that the 'mv agusta dealers' POIs are searchable on the device and appear in the list of POIs.

Probably more useful for the TV touring types. If no use to you feel free to ignore.

No I was looking for a bit more detail in the review. My next bike will be a TV and I'm very interested in what people discover.

Now, I've had my second cup of Joe....and I can focus my eyes...I see that you actually stated what I glazed over before.

Review? This is a POI set, for your GPS, that I created from the data on the MV site. It's not the one that comes with the over-priced Garmin 390 that you can buy with the TV which is likely to be quite out of date. I can update these from the website data in about 20 mins and will endeavour to do so every month or so.

I see that a new dealer has been added somewhere in the world over the past few days, the count has gone up by one. Not saying that the website is going to be bang up to date either mind you.

I terms of review, stick it on your sat nav and use it like any other custom POI set to located the dealers local to wherever you happen to be. I can provide a detailed run down on how to do that on the navigators I have available to me (Zumo 660 and TT Go 760) if required.

Data files have been updated (see post #1). Now 526 dealers listed, a few less compared to the previous version

Thanks Dons, move it wherever you like (maybe not the trash...). I accept that this sort of thing is a bit niche on this forum but it might well appeal to those that appreciate chain oilers...
