Bitubo ECH 29 cartridge

The previous owner installed ECH cartridges in my F3 675, and I had the springs replaced to a lower spring rate. Now the pre-load adjuster feels like its binding and is hard to turn, you have to use the tool to turn it. Before the spring change the pre-load adjusters was able to be turn by hand. Tried contacting Bellissimoto by email where it was purchased from but got no response, tried contacting Bitubo by email but got a response to contact Bellissimoto.

I have no experience with these cartridges, but I have never seen a fork with spring preload that could easily be turned by hand....unless the preload adjuster had a really large wheel attached (aftermarket parts).

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.
