So NITRON decided they couldn't make my Race shock...

confirmed multiple times with nitron staff that they can make their top of the line 46mm race shock for my f3 abs on dec 26 and placed my order. Get a follow up just now that nitron UK actually can't make the race shock but only the R1 and they knew this last month and forgot to mention it to me..........

If I have learned anything in all my time in the car world its start your projects EARLY EARLY EARLY because this is the norm.

So back at it again, I want the best shock I can get. and now that the time table has lost a lot of time id like it in my hands in the next 45days..

Id buy a well kept used one if anyones got one, I think I can have it rebuilt and sprung quick enough.
If not who's got the best deal or connection on one?
bike again is a 13 w abs box

Everytime I see a post like this, asking for help, especially on a timeline, I look to the left to see where the OP is located. Much more than half the time, there isn't even a hemisphere listed let alone a continent or for fear's sake a country.

Help us help you.

If I know a general location, then I can determine if my go-to shock guy in NC can help, or if I can send you to my friend in OZ, or Ireland.

Please post a location in your profile...or at least a clue in the request for help.

I can get you my Mupo AB1 Evo as I think to upgrade to a TTX. But there's a catch:
to make it work on ABS bikes the plastic "box" won't fit anymore and you need a different piece to mount the ABS pump to the rear frame (mine's not pretty but it does the job and is light), let me know if you need pictures (don't have my bike with me)

if you are interested contact me and we can work out the details, it was ridden for 1 season on the track by the previous owner and one season (~2000 km) on my bike. Nothing wrong with it at all, comes in the original box and packaging.

For a race/track bike I would think pulling the ABS off would be a non issue, especially if on an earlier model bike. Doesn't the TTX 36 Ohlins shock work at a wallet busting $1700.

Penske can make one, and so can K-tech.

yeah at this point id like to see the newest version ttx actually fitting under the abs box. Id prefer that route since its the most common thing. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ohlins-TTX3...vip=true&rt=nc

those guys don't speak English and it was hard emailing with them when I got my slip on but good pricing and fast shipping

look at the picture of this Öhlins shock vs my Mupo shock. I highly doubt it will fit below the ABS module (that's why they say 2012 only, there was no ABS in 2012). You will also need a different mount and probably can't keep the case around the ABS module
