What would you pay?

Found a used 2015 dragster rr near where I live in NC, has a few carbon fiber bits and and a slip qd exhaust. Bike is sitting around 4500 miles and the gentleman is asking 13500 usd. I've seen some 17 rr's for that price, and I believe I've seen some other 15 rr's for around 11. This guy thinks I'm mad when I told him 11, but what do you all think?

He thinks it is worth more than you think it is....

Go buy one of the bikes you saw priced at $11k and leave him alone.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

He's included the price of the exhaust and extra bits.
And a bike is worth its cash only for the bike itself, not the extra's that are bolted on.

Find yourself an RR for 11K.

Trying to explain it to him is like pulling teeth, I would love to buy the 11k one but shipping it from the other side of the country is going to be pricey. I guess I'm curious as to what people would price a similar bike at on the used market as its difficult to find comps.

It is worth what the buyer is willing to pay and what the seller is willing to accept. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't try to convince him bis bike is worth less than he wants. Buy another bike.

Like you said, no comparables. MVs aren't Hondas.

Market for MV triples is soft. I'd say $11k is tops for what you are looking for, provided that bike is mint with service records. My thoughts are closer to $9k.

My wife's '14 Dragster is for sale in CO. Carbon bits and HSBK custom paint scheme. Listed on the classifieds section. $9K

I know it's not an RR but maybe as a benchmark.

I've seen 9k for regular dragsters, but used rr's are harder to gauge. the rr I'm looking at, the guy is interested in doing a partial trade for my 2016 r nine t with a little cash on my end. As long as it's not to much I'll probably do it.
