how to tell if Euro 4 bike?

Hi,

Just curious, I own a 2018 Dragster RR, USA model. How can I tell if it is Euro 4 compliant, or not? Tuan Olssen (spelling) videos talk about major redesigns on the later Euro 4 bikes. Is mine one of those, or a year behind?

Grazie!

Look at your emissions label. It may reveal compliance other than EPA CARB.

Euro 4 affects all new models introduced in 2016, and all new bikes built from 2017. What is the build date of your bike? After January 1 2017? It's Euro 4.

I used to be fast....now I just dream about it.

The clue may well be on the frame sticker, for on my previous Euro3 F3's for memory the reading was 104db, but on the Euro4 Dragster RR, it is 76.9.

The 76,9 dB is achieved when the bike is moving in the test EC test circle.
My 2018 Brutale 800 RR has 98 db vs 103 in the Euro 3 models .

Isn‘t the exhaust shape the easiest way to tell if it is E4? The pipes are no longer curved, but straight and longer.
