The Sprags finally got me

11k and 4 years later.....

having done under warranty which is great - just waiting for the said item to arrive from Italy - already delayed by a month so I guess they are still not performing as well as hoped

I nearly swapped the bike out this year for a new grey one but decided against it - anyway hopefully she will be all better soon so I can go to Wales without worry!!

What were the signs of it giving up on you or just failing to start?
how did you manage to get this done under warranty at 4 years?

info will be appreciated.

It stopped starting first touch of the button which it had done to date - I replaced the BS battery and although better when I took for MOT dealer confirmed on way out MV still honouring sprag out of warranty as known issue

It was necessary for me to replace four sprag clutch's on my F3800 and two on a F3800RC.

Now have a 2018 Dragster Euro4 version, no problems whatsoever in 6000 miles.

Take a look at this, it could be of assistance
