swapping dragster headlight for the RVS led look

I have seen it done on a Dragster on one of the Facebook sites and really liked the look of it. Has anyone on here attempted it on here? I hope if the chap it belongs too doesnt mind me putting the picture up.

That's interesting. I sort of like it. Any idea what that headlight is from? I think the stock headlight plays a part in directing wind. I would guess that the flat surface would have an effect on rider comfort at high speed. The Dragster is surprisingly comfortable.

I do like the idea of LED headlight. The stock unit's lumen output is sub-optimal IMO. I'm looking at the Clearwater Glendina lights to mimic the RVS as well.

I think it is probably one of these that are 7 inch diameter and cost about 30-40 quid. I think it looks great on that bike.

I don’t think it’s a swap from the rvs as the headlight housing is different on the rvs.

I do know that led light is from jw speaker.

Friend has one his duc and loves it.

The dragster RR I rode got very light on the front wheel at high speed. I'm talking about over 130mph... be cautious with the new headlight since it looks like it would change the aerodynamics negatively. Less downforce and more wind on the rider would be my guess.

I think the large sloped headlights are a way of improving aerodynamics on a naked bike.
