Dragster 800 2015 Vs 2016

Hi All,

I am looking at a white Dragster 800 (non RR version) which the owner tells me is a 2016 model. However did the 2016 come with a red frame? (amongst other updates).
I know I can tell from the VIN but I have yet to view, will go this weekend so just preparing so I can negotiate.

Any other obvious signs between 2015 and 2016? Sprag was updated I beieve but assume cant tell by just looking.

Thanks for your help.

James

no i don't think so, if it makes u happy why not, and of course if u can afford to do so and it doesn't hurt anyone

look i don't drink smoke or gamble so if i spend money on bikes and parts, if Sh*_t hits the fan i can sell them unlike alcohol drugs smoking or gambling where the money doesn't come back,

i look forward to hearing about this possible future project

Here she is, coming soon I hope. I will open a new build thread if it all goes through.

The owner also said the 2016 models come with the white LCD dash, previously they were orange?

wow mate, i have never really studied the dragster but i cant stop staring at it
that is beautiful, like really
and the rc which i have seen before is well next level. Its a tough one, cos the rc is stunning but the simplicity of the one ur looking at is just lovely. If u decide to get it and even if u just keep it standard colour scheme and with ur lovely touches ul have another beauty in ur hands

best of luck

I have already pencilled in a QD exhaust, rearsets (maybe CNC), MV corse seat, new chain and sprockets, the odd dash of carbon fibre and possibly ECU studio. Oh, and new tyres, SC2's as I have on all my bikes.

That should get me up and running.
