New (to me) 800RR Brutale (MY15)

So I figured I'd start a thread and just kinda brain dump into it, document any upgrades etc that kind of thing.

I live in the UK, last bike was an 1100 Monster evo that I chopped in for the Brutale, I actually went to the dealer to test ride the KTM790 which I did ride and was excellent but unfortunately for the KTM I'd already spotted the MV and I knew it would be my next bike.
I ran out of time to test ride the MV so just dropped the deposit on it there and then.

General condition is really good, as it should be I guess for a 3 year 3000 mile bike...

Only disappointing thing is the fuel cap ring.

I ordered the BC charger as it didn't come with it and given I only ride on nice sunny days I want to keep the battery tip top.

Also ordered a smaller (black backed) plate, I went for 7x5 but have since ordered 8x6 as it's a little too small..

So, impressions of the bike. I guess summed up in two words I'd say 'Batsh!t Crazy'.
It's set in S map, which I find very aggressive, the n map is better in this regard but it seems you don't get the autoblipper/QS downshift with this map?!?
I'm very impressed with the power, delivery and chassis.. prior to the monster I was all sportsbikes I love how the brutale feels so planted, desperately needs new rubber though as the current hoops are squared off.

HI Claude. You want to get the manual for your bike here: Team Double 3 Racing | MV Agusta

Now get into the dash and use the CUSTOM mapping mode. You can set throttle and engine response as well as engine braking and the like in the CUSTOM mode. Quickshift is available in CUSTOM mode..

Autoblipper on a 2015 model, are you sure?

Keep an eye out on the rear number plate, fitted an 8x6 and the rear tyre came in to contact with and bent the bracket.

Rad shield could be a good investment

It had the standard uk standard size (9.5x7) before which had no issues

Should be fine
