Under-seat tools

The handbook that came with my Brutale 800RR (2015) says that there is "1 spanner for rear wheel eccentric with extension" under the seat. Not only is there no spanner (I bought the bike secondhand) I can't even see where it would fit. The other bits (fuse puller and allen keys are there). Where would the spanner go?

I did not get one either. I only have a couple of allen wrenches. I did buy one online though, for short money.

I also received a battery tender.

The spanner comes separately with the kit that comes with the bike as purchased new.

Maybe that's where I got mine........... it's not a 2 piece unit, it's all one piece and I don't think there is an MV logo on it.
I received a kit, but sort of forgot what was in it. I know the battery tender was part of it.
