B3 throttle spring

I find my throttle on 2015 Brutale 800 RR requires an uncomfortable amount of torque to keep open. The return spring is too strong in my opinion.
Is there a fix for this?
I looked in the parts diagram and didn't see a spring in the throttle body area. Is it located in the throttle assembly?
I used search but didn't turn up anything for the 800.
Secondly, the throw for the shifter seems too long to me. Is this the way it is or is there a way to fix this as well?

Found the answer to my throttle spring question. The dealer put the newer version on with the heavier spring so I guess I'll have to adapt to that.

I bought a throttle lock for the longer rides, it made a major difference, I thought the spring was to stiff too...

If your phone isn't ringing..it's probably me!...
