LED Indicators on 16/17 Brutale

Anyone change the indicators on a US/Can 2016/17 Brutale to the Euro indicators? It looks like the Euro are led and the US are incandescent. My bike comes in next week and I'm looking for the best replacements.

You can do that as long as you account for the load difference.

Moto Corse makes turn signals with built in resistors and Rizoma signal come with the resistors you have to wire.

are you saying the electronics on the US model are not made to take LED loads? I wonder what else is different on the US model now.

What I am saying, which has been said a dozen times before, is that if you change from incandescent bulbs to LED bulbs, you will have to add resistance.
If, on the other hand, the switch is from LED to LED, then you are fine.

So I decided to make my own adapters. The after market signals just did not fit on the front because there is no enough room between the shroud and the headlight for the signal stalk and nut. I measured the stock indicator spacer and designed a new smaller spacer in SolidWorks and used a 3D printer to print two of them. They worked perfectly! Here's a pic of the spacer with some LED signals screwed in. Also, for about $5 I got the same connectors used on the OEM signals and replaced the generic bullet connectors on the after markets.

If anyone else is interested, I can print some for you or send you the file.

Damn that looks greatt! Are those the CNC racing indicators?

I ended up ordering the OEM LED blinkers that come as default with the EU model, but man, even that is not compatible with the adapters on the US model. Will return those

Hello. Which resistors did you use for your LED indicators? I'm having a weird issue with my NewRageCycles indicators hyper flashing. It already has soldered in resistors but it seems that they aren't the correct ones. The front indicators are causing my hyper flash issues but the rears are not affected when the stock front indicators are plugged in. Indicators do not hyper flash when throttle is applied. I was thinking of just purchasing the CNC racing or Barracuda 10W resistors to replace the existing ones.
