No Dragster RR in California?

Hi everyone, new member here. I've been looking to get into a Dragster RR for a couple of weeks now.
I don't know what's going on but there are zero RR's for sale in Cali...
I did read that MV Agusta was not allowed to sell bikes in Cali back in 2014. Is this still an issue for them?

Call Balz at Moto Forza in Escondido...

or talk to Bill Nation at ProItalia...

Paul might not be there, but you could talk to Massimo at Newport Italian.. I venture to say one of those gentlemen can source you a Dragster RR, unless the alotment for Cali is sold out

...or you could look in the For Sale section and score a deal:

Shipping, even across the USof A isn't really all that expensive.

I've considered buying PP. Although, I worry about the bike being California compliant. I have no idea if a bike from out of state will be CARB certified.
I'm also scared to get scammed on a high priced item.
Any ideas on this?

Thanks for the feed back.

The forum is a safe place to buy.
All bikes sold in the US are CARB compliant at original new sale.
Ask the seller if he has done any mods.

I've been casually looking myself for a dragster RR...not easy to find. Cycle trader lists a few on the east coast. Which color are you looking for? The black and red does it for me...big time.

I would contact "Unique Superbikes" in Miami ask for Leo.
I just bought a 800 RR not the dragster form him and got a great deal and he included the shipping.

Try Munroe Motors in San Francisco or California Speed Sport in Livermore.

All MV Agusta's were banned from being sold for a bit in 2014 due to MV not fulfilling some paperwork/process for CARB (California Air Resources Board). But MV resolved the issue. I bought a 2015 last year.

There are plenty of Dragster RRs around the Bay Area (I've seen a good 4 or 5) so they are sold here. There were 2 or 3 Dragster RRs at Elk Grove Power Sports last year. I'm sure Munroe Motors in SF or California Speed Sport in Livermore can also put an order for you.
