Angry Paint rubbing of tank ??

I have just bought a new dragster rr bashed in my first 100 mile driving it like a novice only to get home to clean it and notice the paint rubbed through to the primer on both sides of my tank has anyone else suffered from this ???

New Site Garage
No mate, 13,000km on mine and nothing but the odd swirl on my paint. I'd be right back to the dealer with that.

Current steed - MY16 Dragster RR
Previous Bike - 2008 Triumph Street Triple
Scottish and living it up in South East Spain

I 've suffered scratches there after only my first few rides. Probably due to my motorjeans. I 've put Clear R&G tank grip stickers there. Ugly as hell, but at least now my paint is safe!

Me likes the number three!

Question

Contacted the dealer who took some pictures sent them to MV to which ,they responded it's down to your trousers.... fuming .. 100 miles I don't think so ...after a few conversations with the dealership owner he agreed to fix the paint and clearcoat the tank for me ....so I'm home in 6 days to see if this is OK or not ...

Post up some pics. Seems very strange as I'm on 7000 miles and 2 tanks, neither rubbed through. I ride in leathers, textiles and jeans.
