Remove black box

Hi anyone i am removing this ugly looking box i seen lot of dragster with out it and i am trying to get rid off it, what do i do with the two hoses that are attach to the box??? and what is the function for the box? looks like vacuum lines but i am not sure

It might be euro 5 or 6 but it's not on the Europe spec 16 Brutale and that is euro 4 spec
