Fuel Consumption and Running Temperature

Hi, I currently have a '05 750 Brutale and I'm looking at upgrading to an F3. Can any of the lucky people who've got their hands on their F3 comment on fuel consumption and running temperature in traffic. I've ridden the Brutale 1090R(R?) and this seemed better regarding overheating than the 750 so I assume the F3 should be sorted in the regard. Regarding fuel consumption just hoping for something that uses less than my car (7.5ish l/100km versus 10l/100km for Brute).

Thanks

10l/100km...that's a bit extreme...my F4 is about 9l/100km...
