Lamp for the stand won’t turn off

Hey guys,
My Mv Agusta 675 brutale is not behaving correctly.
When I turn on the engine and kick back the stand, the yellow warning light does not shut off, so when I kick in first gear the system kills the engine.

What is the problem, why is the lamp
Always on??? Please help me.

Very thankful fore any tips or instructions.

Sounds like a bad switch on the side stand.

On the gen 2 f4, you can just unplug the sensor and it thinks the side stand is up. So I would try that, just unplug the connector for the switch by the side stand.

If the light goes out and the bike starts, you need a new switch it you can ride just like that. But if you forget to put your side stand up it may have you off.

Probably, it could be a wiring fault. Just check the switch to see if it works, simple conductivity or resistance check.
