F3800RC parts missing

My RC shows up in February with no manual and no passenger seat cover. The dealer has no idea what happened to this day or when or if these parts will show up. Where can I source the seat cover and owners manual myself? Tried eBay but no luck so far .

Donsy, should be able to help you with the user manual (electronic version)

Sonny, YOU shouldn’t have to do anything! Your dealer SHOULD HAVE corrected this quickly after it was first discovered. The fact that they have not is very upsetting to me. I would’ve, (and believe me I have) raised proper hell long before now.

I confirmed the following this past Friday Sept. 2/16:
MV Agusta Canada (Motovan) only handles the import, sales and distribution.
All Canadian warrantee issues are now being handled by Ian Adkins of MV USA.
All technical/service advice for Canada is handled by Bruce Meyers of MV USA and has been so since my issues of July 2014.

If you do not get anywhere P.M. me.

I keep following up but they are unable to give an answer. Raising hell cant make the parts come faster. Now if you have some contacts that can help me that's great. I will pm thanks
