How much?!

I would buy one of these *right now*...but for this price?! Nope.

http://www.e-securedsite.com/gutsype...Agusta%20Store

When I had my R1, I paid £90 for an OEM Yamaha rear seat cowl...£300+ for the same for my MV?! Whilst I'd love one...I do feel that this is a smidge overpriced.

Fr'instance, the MotoGP pass costs €99 but if they sold it for €30 they'd sell 10x as many.

Back to the seat...at £367 a vanity purchase is just a no. If it was £100 delivered, I'd hem and haw but probably go for it. If it was £80 I'd buy it without thinking.

Take a chance while you still got the choice.

Evolution Bike (site sponsor) also sells the single seat cowl for slightly cheaper

I guess when purchasing parts and accessories you need to keep in mind that unlike Yamaha were they do a production run of 10K R1 seat Cowls MV might make 100 F3 Seat Cowls at a time.

Exclusivity come with a price

Don't be such a broken-arse. Just spend the money, you have an MV now.

I just bought a spare crankshaft and gearbox (car) the bill was over 100k and that didn't bother me, I am grateful to have found some NOS spares

Horses for courses. Some people just don't have the money for that sort of money. I know for one, that £350 odd is not really the sort of disposable cash that I have lying around for a seat cowl (and I regularly take a pillion).

Just because we have MV's doesn't mean we are all swimming with cash.

On a similar note, I paid £15 for a brand new, genuine Kawasaki cowl for my ZX6-R. But also as point out above, how may F3 owners are there out there? Of them, what proportion of them would want a single seat cowl? Not that many, economy of scale and all that.

What is annoying is when crash protection from R&G is around £45-60 for most bikes, but £145 for MV. Especially with 80% of the kit is the same as other bikes.

Just be glad you aren't trying to buy those R&G frame sliders in the united states. Most places that carry them for the MV in the US want like $267 USD..... There's a reason I ordered mine from Design Corse.
