F3 and B3 parts compatiblity

I'm just wondering if the F3 and the B3 has a compatibility towards each other reflecting on the engine-frame end of the design.

dropped her and the black piece housing the footpeg broke(aluminum) on the left side of the bike
should've gone frame sliders but stealership screwed me thrice.

Another discussion would be if the B3 and F3 would have compatibility engine wise.
I'm also wondering if theres a recommended OEM site to get OEM parts
I'm told that Star Twin Trading and Pro-Italia are names to look after.
Is there any other companies or should I rest my priority on those?

Thank you.

Welcome to the forum mate.
1. I imagine the frame plates is similiar between the two, but make sure by comparing the part numbers on Star Twins and physical pictures.
2. The engine will go in but their not the same internally mate, different electronics etc.

Oh, and just in case you missed it, the picture you posted is actually the right hand side of the bike.

Yeah I am aware of that its on the right side of the bike. So a recommended oem parts dealer would be star twin then?

If you are needing the frame plate, check out ebay first. I broke one back in March and was able to find one for $275 USD shipping included from Italy to Las Vegas. OEM wants $670 USD or so (not including tax or shipping. Just so you know, to replace it requires dropping the swing-arm and motor.

Also, when I went to order mine back in March, I received an email from Pro-Italia (who I usually order OEM parts through) that this part wouldn't be available from the factory until November of this year. (I know it is November, but I would bet they are still not available for order.)
