Thanks Moto Forza

Balz and his crew have always been top notch, but just wanted to report on my latest issue with an expanding fuel tank.

Jason in service took some pics of the areas of concern and contacted MV about a possible replacement. Several weeks later Jason calls and says they've approved a replacement. He then tells me that it may take a while to get the replacement, ok, great, other than the aesthetics I'm having no issues.

Shortly thereafter the new tank arrives and ex start talking about epoxy lining it. Jason had asked MV if they would cover it and they denied the lining. Ok, I'll have it done and Jason and I discuss the options and I decide to have it done at their normal lining place, due to shipping costs I decide to bring it to the facility as I travel there for work sometimes anyway.

Really nice people who really seem to take care and know what they're doing. Couple weeks later they call and the tank is ready for pickup. I go and get it and they then take the time to explains what they did and some new things they learned about the Brutale tanks.

Schedule my installation with Jason and of all the days, it's raining. I call them in the morning to let them know that I'm too much of a puss to ride in the rain. Later that day it clears up, I call them and ask if I can drop off the bike anyway, Ben and Jason say just come in and we'll swap it while you wait.

I could not believe how much the old tank had swelled until the new one was installed. I knew it swelled enough to crack the paint, however where the fuel filler is it had risen so much that the gas cap was flush with the tank instead of above it, easily 1/8" or more.

Anyway, I appreciate the stellar service from both MV and especially Moto Forza.

I'm going to ride the tails of this compliment with one of my own. I was looking for a pristine EVO 3 Tail section and the folks at MotoForza came through in shining colors! When there was a bit of confusion, James clarified and went the extra step to ensure satisfaction. Well done to Balz and CREW!

Let me add too. I bought my last F4 (2010) from MotoForza. Easiest, cleanest transaction I've ever done. Rode down from L.A. to Escondido and was in and out in about 20 minutes!

These guys are top notch! I bought my Ti pipes for the Tamburini from James and he went the extra step to make sure they were what I wanted with a follow up call to me. How many dealers call you after the fact to ask if all is well? Not very many in my experience. I would highly recommend these guys for any parts and service work you may need.

This shop is totally commited to the MV Agusta brand, they don't just carry the brand they really do love MV's more than any other shop I have been to.

Once again Team Forza did not disappoint.

Saturday morning I'm out for a ride with some friends and I decide that there's been enough sliding around and it's time to looks at some tires.

I roll into Forza on my way home and notice the chain has loosened up a bit. After discussing tires with them I ask if I can leave the bike and they can do the tires whenever. Jason says sure.

I then realize it's due for the 15,000 km service and I ask him if he could do that as well. Again he says sure.

When do you think she'll be ready, he says later today. Wife picks me up, we go for lunch, a walk around the lake and BAM they're already done.

Now she's ready for another 5k.

Huge thanks to Jason and Ben.

Maybe a fluke in my experience here but an exhaust install went south, but the sales experience was beautiful. Their sales and overall delivery team awesome to say the very least, delivered as promised and with timetable exceeded and great familiarization with my new F4RR- nice folks indeed and patient with 1000 questions being asked of them! New tech, maybe not so much at the moment. But I think they will be there in short order, I got faith in him. Overall, good experience, but without my technical knowledge, I would have been in a world of hurt with exhaust falling off. I should of known something was wrong when puff of smoke came off the exhaust clamp when the bike was delivered from PDI by the tech.

So, this time it's in for its 24,000km service.

I'm having a bit of an issue with cold starting, otherwise flawless performance. i ask to load test the battery as maybe it's getting weak. Turns out the battery is fine, however the cam chain tensioner has froze up, the tech at Moto Forza gets it freed up but I elect for a new one anyway. All the valves are out of adjustment, the also correct this.

Oil change, fork fluid, etc…

Jason calls and says the bike is ready for pickup, I go in he goes over the entire list item by item of what was done. I pay, they roll her out and I'm stunned at what I see. My bike has never looked so good/well cared for, it's looking like a brand new bike (better than new IMO).

Starting her up I knew things were back to normal, and riding home was affirmation of how great a job these guys do taking care of the customer and the bikes. To make matters even better as I'm gearing up, they thank me for my business!!

Damien, Balz, Jason, and crew I can't say enough about the stellar job of service you do.

I've bought two bike here and they've always taken care of me in every way. I've never had an issue with service (or anything else).
They've installed two full system exhausts and I've not had the problem that Fragile describes.
@Fragile, Are you sure it was these guys that did your exhaust? I thought you had it done up in your area. Did you buy your bike there (MotoForza) also?
