Thumbs down Anyone had any experience with Krazy Horse?

A few days after my new Brutale 800 was delivered by Forza Italia they ceased trading. I will need another dealer for the first service and hopefully build a relationship with. I know Bennetts well because the Benelli Tre K was supplied and serviced by them but they are 130 miles away and that was part of the reason for going with the Brutale, Forza Italia had been going 20 years and I knew them well. I know that Moto Forza have a decent reputation but they are 108 miles from Milton Keynes. Any thoughts please?

It's a shame that the MV experience in the UK is somewhat compromised by the scarcity of the dealer network. Certainly not a barrier to ownership but to drive much needed sales something that the factory need to pay some attention to.

As with any brand a good dealer is key to satisfactory ownership, maybe a little more so with MV.

No experience of Krazy Horse, I now use Moto Corsa and I'm very satisfied so far. I'm previously a customer of Ed Cosker who was local to me, I now have a 200+ mile round trip, not ideal but I'll tolerate that until the bike is out of warranty (another year).

Normally people chime in if they have any direct experience. I don't personally have any experience of them.

Krazy Horse

I assume that would be the case, but looking at the number of posts with lots of "reads" but no replies I thought that I would put it out there again.

It's a definite maybe.

With Forza Italia Silverstone closing, I visited them a couple of weeks ago and introduced myself to the Service Manager, George.

When I explained that a had a 2016 F3800RC, he advised that there had been a recent mapping update, checked that the bike was in the VIN range and it was. Impressed by that.

He agreed to contact me when it had been uploaded to their computer and tested, arrangements would then be made to ride up (70 miles) and I could wait whilst the operation is being carried out (No problem as they have an excellent cafe)

Cannot comment further until the work has been carried out
