My turn; New to me bike...
So I’ve been looking out for a trackday bike for a little while. Although I have a ZXR750R homologation, it’s more valuable than I’m comfortable with to put on track with a bike trackday novice (have done plenty of car days).
So I’ll be making my debut on this lovely little thing;

It’s a restored 1995 ZXR750 L3.

The unbelievable Pop Kat!!

She's a great bit of kit. It's the full power 90bhp GSX750 Pop Up version as used as the base bike for the Bathurst Castrol 6 Hour endurance race in 1984 at the time. I believe the little 750 finished third on the podium
This one is no shelf queen but it is mint, 95k kms and fitted with stock cans which is a rarity these days. It still has the supplying dealer emblem on the front mudguard!

Great couple of bikes, @Nito.
Always great to see members' other interests on here and shows that shared allegiances is more common than rare.
I was living in Oz in the early days of the Castrol 6 hour and was, of course, impressed to see privateer Craig Brown pinch 2nd place on his CB750 in 1970.
You are correct about the Katana achieving 3rd in 1984: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castrol_Six_Hour
