Oh how I love that!!

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Skye I miss you. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.

I did go for a long ride yesterday in the hills and have to say this is a very impressive motorcycle, the V4 has the most addictive note, and that coming from a MV rider!
Its very confidence inspiring, I do think I was setting up for corners with more confidence that in the past.
Its slightly more relaxed than the MV in regards to riding ergo, I did manage a 2 hr round trip, and felt OK ant the end.
Great price at moment, it picked it up a little more in price than of the RR, and you get the Ohlins package, forged Al wheels and the (like it or hate it) the 'superpole' paint scheme
Im also impressed with the finish, whilst not at the level of the MV's of old, its pretty damn good, only complaint is no clear coat over some decals, no big deal, just have to be aware...
Motor feels very strong, tech specs call it at 201HP which is amazing, with a well selected exhaust I think its a winner!

Forgot to mention, a 2017 model on its way it has the colour TFT screen, down shifter/autoblipper and for those who don't like the current colour screen, a new design
But... the compliant Euro4 exhaust is a shocker, its just massive and really is just a waste of resources as almost anyone buying this bike would change it to an aftermarket job and chuck the old one into landfill....all to save the environment

Bought a red Aprilia RSV4 RR in November 2015 in Savannah, GA. for$10,999. Really enjoying it. Put Ohlins shock, fork cartridges and Arrow slip on, on it. Had it at Roebling Road in Savannah last weekend. It loves the track.

And Aprilia claims that the 2017 model laps(don't ask me under what variables) 1 second faster than the previous one.
I might have to check that in person...

Amazing bike, enjoy!

I hate that I missed being there. Really looking forward to taking that for a couple of laps. Maybe next time I'm in town I'll bring my gear and we can hit the street.

Roebling Road is a very fun track and is a lot of fun on any bike, but is especially fun on a big bike. You can
really let the big dog eat. Come on to the front straight at the top of third gear. Once you come onto the track you are never lower than third gear.
