MV Lap timer

Hey All, I have a lap-timer function on my B3 but if you remove the fuse for the light or remove the bulb it no longer functions, now at track days you usually need to tape the light or remove bulbs so you don't dazzle other riders. do any of you know a work around that I can use to still use the lap-timer but extinguish the bulb?

Hi, did you try with only unplug the socket? I'll do track days this year, I'm curious.

If you are confortable with your bike, you are not fast enough ! John Kocinski

I did not unplug the socket as I was not sure which one that was as there were two, it might just work will give it a bash sometime soon before the next track day but I have my doubts.

I you really want to go fast in track,or you are learning, manual mv lap timer is not good.
You need all your attention on driving, not pressing a button

For lap times I use a mobile phone app called "diablo super biker" made by pirelli. pop the phone in your pocket, go out do your session. it knows what track your on, you can look a corner speed, top speed, lean angle etc. And the best part it is FREE
