Oil change interval when only doing track?

Lately I've found that because of other demands in my life I haven't had the time to ride my bike on the roads any. Some friends whom I will usually ride track with were talking about how they will usually change the oil after anywhere from 3-5 track days.

So for the 3 cylinder, does anyone use a similar change interval if only riding track?

As often as you'd like. Oil is cheap, but 3-5 is ok.

I normally ride about 150km in a track day so 5 is still less than 1000km of riding.

I go 500 miles or 4 track days. Arrived at this figure by talking with engineer at Amsoil.

Don't generalise, look at the colour of the oil, smell it, and then make your own decision. There's that many variables involved that you just could not guess it.

More like an oil "sniffer".
There's a lot of variations involved, like how hard do you ride your bike, what oil are you using etc ?
