With a quality oil that´s good enough.
I do 3 trackdays per oil and filter change.

We do 4 trackdays, which is between 400 to 500 miles. Use AMSOIL and OEM filter.

Yup, what they said, the better the oil, the longer they last. I could not do more than one track weekend with the crappy Motul 300V, it breaks down quickly, smell's bad, gearbox felt bad ...etc. With the Rock Oil and even the Redline stuff, much better for much longer.

Thanks guys. Was changing about 4-5 track days, but will start changing every three. Using Silkolene pro 4 15W50. I am sure I will have more questions about track maintenance/prep in the future.

After the first service if you rode the bike properly, I'd hold off till after second service if you girly it.
