I hope Lee does not mind me helping out here....
Pics and a list, that may be slightly out of date, of upgrades:

PCIII. Dyno mapped with 156.9 at the wheel.
Arata Titainium full exhaust which has been Jet Hotted inside and out.
Speedy Moto top clamp. Have the stock one.
Sato Rearsets set up for GP shift. Have the stock ones.
Painted mirrors, key guard, runner covers, seat vents, tail light assy, belly pan and under tank/seat panels.
Custom hugger painted white.
DID Gold 525 zvm chain
39 T DP rear sprocket.
Custom seat covered in Alcantara.
Rubber pad on “trunk” lid done in Alcantara with red embroidered DUCATI.
Cams and valves done by DNA. They sent the guy here to do them.
Manual cooling fan switch circuit.
Engine ice.
Oil cooler screen.
DP silicone coolant hose kit in red.
EVR slipper clutch.
Open clutch cover.
9.0 rear shock spring. Suspension set up for 200# rider and gear.
Throttlemeisters.
Chip guard on all frontal areas. Clear protector on tank. NO stone chips or dings.
Have shop and parts manual, DDA, Techno Research Diagnostic tool, Zero Gravity windscreen, clutch tool, etc. etc. and all the OEM stuff that was replaced with after market.

Please note that I sourced that from a previous post by Lee and I am in no way implying that all of the above listed improvements or OEM parts are included, I'm just trying to help a fellow bike enthusiast out.
Dave.

See The latest pics on "top ten prettiest bikes" in the sink. Comes with the Microtech ecu and Autotune or with the DP race ecu. Depends on price settled on. I don't have a figure yet as I'm researching what they've been selling for so make me an offer.

Dave you're incredible. Spot on wi' tha list and it's not all. I owe you one for saving me the trouble. Good on ya Kiwi!

No problem Lee.
All the best with the sale. I think it's an incredible bike.

That may well be the case but it still isn't an MV.

Now, this will go against everything I have ever said about Ducati, but that is a nice looking bike. Very tastefully modified.
