Cant wait to see how Brad Binder is going to perform.
In other words: 0 fks given about the bro's.(Sorry, I really am not surprised by the situation or interested in those two)

More interested in Zarco though. If he gets Alex's moto2 seat.
Also Alex hasnt shown me anything special that seperates him from the field.
Clean rider, but probably wont be fast enough to compete with Marc, Fabio, Viņales. P8+ results.

Brad Binder was the eyecatcher for me. Champion didnt give me a 'wow factor'

Looks like a very political decision, with the expectation that someone can score points for the team, but not threaten the status quo.
I expect And hope the threat to MM for next year will be external.

Just bring on great racing please!

Alex will take a while to get up to speed (so to speak) and whilst he will have the best coach available who will withhold nothing, I don't believe Alex is in the same league - despite MM himself saying Alex is better. Some indication will be available after Valencia testing today and tomorrow.

Possibly in a small part a political decision - we're talking Spanish Repsol money here. I have always maintained that was why Pedrosa was held beyond his 'Best By' date. There was no point in Repsol/HRC giving the seat to Crutchlow. He's like a diluted version of Halley's Comet: great shining appearance and then never to be seen (upright) again.

Agree with BGS that Binder will set the series alight, and in so doing will trounce the rapidly improving Esparago.

I'm really surprised about this. I expected Zarco to get that seat. I think there are external reasons for this- Repsol, marketing, marquez.

To take Alex from Moto 2 straight on a factory bike seems more a promo move than for points but with Marc at the helm who needs a wingman! Saying that Lorenzo has been mulching about at the back of the pack anyway and probably would have been for another 12 months. I think Zarco would have been better for points but this prevent Marc's feathers being rustled by a team mate and Alex will have the best possible mentor in his brother so maybe he'll be up to speed soon but I don't expect him to be in the top 10 much.

There's an interview with Alberto Puig I was watching earlier, he doesn't look very comfortable in it, from the body language and squirming, I don't think it was his choice imho!

The all Spanish super team that Mr dorna wants. Big Spanish sponsorship from repsol and Alex has is own deal with that beer company.

I also watched that interview...... "He won the Moto2 Championship" seemed to be the only answer he had.
