New World Superbike Rules??

Hello all, I was reading about Tom Sykes and ho w the new Factory BMW team was getting ready for the 2019 WSBK season . It went on to say that The team was.... Installing WSBK Spec?.... braking and suspension components. Do all the teams have to use the same braking and suspension ...components now? EXAMPLE: For Suspension Ohlins TXX36 rear shock and Ohlins Nix30 front forks .... BRAKING ...Brembo M4 front calipers.. I hope this is not the case so that other manufacturers can compete and use the knowlage gained to improve there line of braking components

PS.... I read this on Thank You, Jake

All parts have to be approved, and I think agreed price. But there is a wide selection, of manufacturers each with a number of offerings.

Penske Racing Shocks

Sunstar - Braking
TK Discs

What BMW were probably refering to was moving from superstock or national suspension to full WSB spec, once it was available.

2015 MV F4, ABS
ECU Re-Mapped with ECU studio (F4 RC base ROM)
QS & Blipper now working with ECU studio and Durashift sensor

GSXR 1000
GSXR 750

Dansoarr thank you for the info . Its great to see another race enthusiast on the site . BTW I thought Brembo bought Braking (brand name= German company) FYI You see Brembos new top of the upgrade line(not racing only) Cam Adjusting Front Then check out the Cam Adjusting type front brake master from Braking. Best feel in a front master I have ever had and its only 265$.... The BEST on the market is Brembos 12,000$ front brake master but that's just insane money for a brake master cylinder.
