moto3 is madness. And Dorna can go f*** itself.
Kornfeil runs wide in corner 1, slows down and thus drops 4 positions. Still gets a 1,6 second time penalty. WHY?!?!?!

And under breaking the riders keeps swerving left and right, and that took 5 people out this race.
Things have to change...Canet seems to be in bad shape since he landed hard on his back.

PS: why dont they use the chicane anymore? I thoughed it was unsafe to take the faster route?

Totally agree; was watching also. The whole idea of a penalty is to negate any advantage made. As you say, if a rider LOSES positions, why penalise? There is NO advantage, so in a sense, it's a double penalty.

The chicane was introduced after a fatal crash with a short gravel trap. Then the gravel trap in the chicane was deemed to be inadequate as well.
Since then, the gravel trap has been widened on the original layout, so they now follow that.

Ok, thank you for clarifying.

Well...JL is back I think it's fair to say. Gets roughed up a bit at the start and spanks the field again. Also more importlantly, Jake is utterly and completely wrong again! This man is nowhere near done winning yet. Discuss...

Hopefully Jake did not check out...

JL may be on a high now, which he does very well, but with him you never know. The next race he can have a bit of sand in his boot and he is chsing the doctor's car again...

What a beast of a motorcycle!
It growls and rages and flies across the tarmac like a wild animal that has escaped the confinement of a cage and after merely waiting restlessly until the release, will not endure being locked up ever again.

Skye I miss you. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux.

I seriously wonder whether a 'revised tank' (as we were told) can make such a difference? Remember, there had been many occasions where Jorge had lead for many laps before falling back into the pack. So, has this new tank really resolved the supposed fatigue problems, or might it just be a diversion to deflect a serious amount of work that Ducati won't divulge? Interestingly, on its last 2 outings, Jorge's bike actually SEEMS faster than Dovi's.

Not sure whether we'll get any answers at the next race (Assen) because VR46 always performs well there.

I don’t particularly care for Lorenzo or Marquez but I would rather see Lorenzo win which slows down Marquez for another Championship
