Why does Camier get totally destroyed on the starts? It seems he always loses a lot of positions right from the start. I am sure it is not him. Is it the launch control, not enough horsepower or both?

Just seen an article on mvagusta facebook page.
Camiers words "Unfortunately the start wasn’t perfect and I think we have to work on the setting of the clutch for a better start. Despite this, the bike today was perfect again and I had a really good rhythm. I tried to pass Sykes early on and we start battling for the 4th position, his pace was very strong too so I made a little mistake in the last corner and Lowes beat me for the 5th place"

You're right. Camiers starts are always bad. I've actually never seen him gain positions but losing 2-3 everytime.
fasduc and fasduc like this.

Laguna Seca crowds/ spectator numbers were pretty average- but what goes on here in Germany- looked like a few hundred attending ?

Camier is a hero. He deserves a winning bike. Not sure Honda is going to be there for a few years. He might as well stick with MV. Only Kawi, Duc and Yamaha can beat it.

Lets be honest WSBK is boring, either kawasaki wins or ducati with atleast a 10-15 second lead on the rest of the field.
Its the same boring seasons like motoGP had 3-4 years ago. Now motoGP is awesome.

Same went for formula 1, 2015/2016 mercedes 30 seconds infront of everyone and they werent even pushing.
Would u pay your hard earned money on a boring race and already know the outcome before they even started?

PS:2019/2020 new regulations for WSBK. The direction they want to go is more to stock versions.
